At Noblet you can choose the arrangement that suits you best. We offer two different ways to rent out your property – both with security, service and simplicity in focus.

Option 1:

You rent out – we take a commission per booking

No fixed costs – we only get paid when you receive a booking.

Option 2:

We rent your home – you receive a fixed monthly income

Under this option, we rent your entire property from you on a longer-term contract and take on all subsequent short-term lettings ourselves. You receive a fixed monthly rent – regardless of how often it is let.

Fixed and stable monthly income – irrespective of occupancy.

No administration – you only have us as a tenant.

Security and control – a professional rental agreement and full insurance are included.

No guest contact – we take full responsibility for all aspects of the letting.

Minimal effort for you – perfect if you live abroad or want to be completely passive.
