What personal data do we collect?
When you make a booking or contact us, we collect:

 

• Contact details: name, email address, telephone number

• Booking data: selected property, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, price, Stripe session ID

• Payment information: only the transaction ID provided by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

• Technical data: IP address, browser type and website usage statistics (cookies, Google Analytics)
  
   

Purposes and legal basis

• To carry out and administer your booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

• To send booking confirmations and related communications (Art. 6(1)(b))

• Customer service and support (Art. 6(1)(b))

• Invoicing and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c))

• Marketing (newsletters) – only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a))

• Legal compliance (accounting law, consumer rights) (Art. 6(1)(c))

• Website analysis and improvement (Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interests)
   

How long do we retain your data?

• Booking and payment records: 7 years (per accounting legislation)

• Contact details for marketing: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent

• Website statistics: anonymised or deleted after 26 months

 

Sharing of personal data​

• Payment partner: Stripe AB (payment processing)

• Email provider: Wix Send or own SMTP (mailings)

• Authorities: where required by law (e.g. Swedish Tax Agency)

• We never sell or share data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

 

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data

• Have inaccurate data corrected or erased (“right to be forgotten”), where no other legal basis prevents it

• Restrict processing or object to processing based on our legitimate interests

• Receive your data in a machine-readable format (data portability)

• Withdraw your consent to marketing mailings at any time

 

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@noblet.se. If you remain dissatisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.

   We use cookies for site analytics (Google Analytics) and functional purposes (log-in, form data). You may disable cookies via your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.

   We have implemented technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and other security risks (SSL encryption, firewalls, access controls).
